The youth you see competing in livestock shows, art shows, baking contests, and premium auctions learn valuable skills such as responsibility, stewardship, and work ethic as they prepare for this annual event that brings our community together. None of this would be possible without your generosity.
The Robertson County Fair Association has hit a major milestone with your continued support. Together, we have given over $1 million in scholarship funds to Robertson County’s youth. As our RCFA organization grows, so do the buying options for the Youth Auction Sale.
Please take note of the following buyer options.
Youth Auction Sale for Steers, Pigs, Lambs, and Goats:
Note: This is a terminal sale. All sale animals will be placed on the floor truck.
Buyer Options Include:
Option 1- Pay the difference between the floor price and the bid price
Option 2- Pay the full bid price
Youth Auction Sale for Rabbits and Poultry:
Note: No changes from previous years.
Buyer Options Include:
Option 1 - Process and deliver
Option 2 - Other
Commercial Heifers Sale:
Note: Buyers have the option to floor the animal to offset the cost of purchase.
Buyer Options Include:
Option 1 - Send the animals to the floor and pay the difference between the floor and bid prices
Option 2- Keep the animals and pay the full bid price

Add-On Form and Information
- List lot # and exhibitor’s name with the amount.
- If you want to donate to all lots, put your total donation under the amount and put “All Exhibitors”. It will then be divided equally among all lots.
- If an exhibitor did not make the sale, add-ons can be done for any exhibitor that participated in the 2025 Robertson County Fair, leave the lot # blank and add the exhibitor’s name.
