All Animal projects will come in the day of the show and leave after the show!
Livestock shows will allow the exhibitor plus up to 5 other people on the show day only.
Tickets must be purchased when completing online entries under each species. Shop, Creative art, Food, Needlework will not have public viewing.
There will be no other activities, (games, pig scramble, Carnival, etc) are all cancelled.
The Queen coronation will be held on Saturday March 20, 2021 at the fireman’s hall with attendance being limited to the 17 candidates, fair workers, and close family.
For all other events (see the updated Schedule) the RCFA has established attendance limits based on the location the event is taking place to stay under the 50% occupancy criteria. Every person entering will have to have a specific colored band for that day, turn in a Covid-19 Health form, have their temperature checked, practice social distancing and wear a mask at all times when on the grounds in order to stay at the event. The parking area on the West side (carnival) will be used for all parking and the Carnival gate will be the only gate used for access.
We, as a board, understand the seriousness of Covid-19 and we are taking every step to safely allow the youth of Robertson County the opportunity to show their project and get rewarded for their hard work. We will try to Live Stream the events so family and friends can watch and enjoy the events from a virtual environment.
