RCFA Online Entry Form
Those exhibitors completing online entry do NOT have to come to one of the entry nights. Upon completion of online entry you should be emailed a receipt for your entry payment. Please keep this. Exhibitor arm bands (entry must total $20) will be given out by your FFA advisor, 4-H extension agent, FCCLA teacher, or by your creative arts superintendent. All other arm bands will be sold at the gate as usual.

1st Meeting- Meet each other, hand out raffle tickets * we will be taking group individual pictures (please wear a solid top, blue jeans or dress pants)—weather permitted (Any sponsors with questions or concerns regarding requirements, responsibilities or judging of each candidate must attend meeting)
Sunday, February 5, 2023 at 1pm at the Art/Science Bldg (Fairgrounds)
1st Ticket Turn-In Meeting & Valentine Social
*minimum of $200 in tickets due *essay, pictures and fair participation sheet due. We will be making Valentine Cards for all the Roberston County Nursing Facilities

2nd Ticket Turn-In *this is mandatory*be prepared to work*no one leaves early. *remaining $400 in tickets due total of $600 combined with the first ticket turn in. You can turn in tickets up to the day of the interview and/or get additional tickets
